Digital Product Policy
VibeEscape is a digital product delivered immediately. Because customers receive access to the product upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
Primary Product
The primary VibeEscape deliverable is a host-ready React website created from a supported GoHighLevel AI Studio export. If the React version exports, builds, and functions as intended, the product is considered successfully delivered.
Complimentary Flat HTML Version
A flat HTML version is included as a complimentary bonus. Static HTML works differently from React, so dropdowns, filters, animations, sliders, forms, and other interactive features may behave differently or require additional editing.
Differences or limitations that affect only the flat HTML version do not qualify for a refund when the React website works as intended.
Some third-party services, including forms, calendars, payment systems, memberships, CRM workflows, and external integrations, may need to be reconnected after the website is moved to another host.
Refund Eligibility
You may request assistance within 7 days of purchase if VibeEscape does not produce a working React website from a valid, supported GoHighLevel AI Studio export.
We must be given a reasonable opportunity to review and troubleshoot the issue. If we confirm that VibeEscape cannot produce the primary React deliverable and we cannot resolve the problem, a full refund may be issued.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Change of mind after receiving access to the product
- Differences or limitations affecting only the complimentary flat HTML version
- Interactive features that require additional editing in static HTML
- Third-party forms, calendars, payments, memberships, CRM workflows, or integrations that need to be reconnected
- Hosting, domain, DNS, or server configuration problems outside VibeEscape
- Errors already present in the original AI Studio website or source code
- Failure to follow the provided instructions
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase

To request assistance, email 219agency@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include:
- Your order confirmation number
- The email address used for the purchase
- A description of the issue
- The original GoHighLevel AI Studio export file
- Any error messages or screenshots
We will respond within 1 to 2 business days.
